They advertise job positions and require candidates to complete "Homework" or "Project Presentations", promising compensation for these tasks. However, many candidates have reported that they never receive any payment for their work, and the company ceases all communication, effectively ghosting them. The presentations are reportedly used to pitch to clients who are likely unaware that the work was done by unpaid interns or professionally trained individuals seeking employment.

Further compounding their unethical practices, the HR department conducts up to five rounds of interviews without disclosing the assessment results or acknowledging the candidate's background. Shockingly, many candidates are dismissed without a valid reason at the later stages, after significant personal investment in the process.

The recruiter Miranda reached out to me with a couple tasks to complete including taking videos which I have completed, however the recruiter Miranda never responded which I find very unprofessional from her side.
