The services when you do a claim or have a problem with them it’s lousy, everything takes forever… and the agent don’t have any sense of urgency to get the problem fixed, you have to ride them to get a it done… it’s a shame because then people say that there’s no support for local business… but when business have such a bad costumer service.
This story begins like these…
I got my insurance for over a year no problem there because I never had an accident…then for the third renewal the monthly payment went up I instead of going down (with no accidents or tickets)
So I changed insurance company… I call my agent and told her that I’m going to cancel the insurance because is too expensive and she said no problem you have to sing a camcelation… to what I said no problem…. After 3 months I notice that they kept charging me $499.20 a month… so until then I have 3 charges made…. So I get in touch with my former agent and that’s where all went bad… long story short … the first charge was made in June 2023…
And I got my money back at the end of the year…. My point here is that the mistake was made by the agent that sold me the plan, and they took all of that time to get it back to me… but if i didn’t complaint every other day I think I might be still be waiting.
So be careful !!!!
They still own me money!!!!
