Absolutely amazing. I got hit by a storm. Blew out my modem. I called to get some help. Brianna was so helpful. She took the time to help me over the phone. Also hooked me up with a new modem and help to set up a new router in person.
People wonder why I've been with Kelcom for more than 20 years. Its customer service people like Brianna.

Kelcom tech set up the new modem and re-configured the router, switch box and phone box. He changed every cable that had a broken tab. Explained new new set-up and neatly labelled every cable. Great Service, as always. So nice to have a local company that takes care of their customers.

During my experience with Kelcom, I have had to endure tremendous unprofessionalism. I was told to wait for a call and waited for two weeks for a reply. I was also told to be at home between 8-5pm so I booked a day off which is hard to afford these days. They not only did not come, but they didn’t even call to let me know they could not make it. They claimed they were overbooked. If I could give no stars I would because the service and communication is horrible.

Amazingly fast reply to query, quick scheduling and sending out engineer for assessment of adding new equipment. Currently have their telephone system at our church which works great and is less than what we were paying for a poor system before. Any internet problems with the cable, they jump immediately. Overall a great company that values their customers.

With this company, you'd be smart to continuously check their pricing. They have a tendency to overcharge for the same services others pay half the price for. My internet kept going out, I told them that I wanted a new modem thinking that was the problem. They said no and if they sent somebody out, it would cost me $125, so I canceled my service with them and called Cogeco. They sent me a modem i hooked it up and it hasn't gone out since

The repair man finally was able to fix my step daughter's internet after being down for a week. There has been a note by her doorbell stating that she is completely deaf, to use that doorbell clearly marked, and has always been in her account notes. No one attempted to call the numbers on the account and the ISSUE with the internet was the cord on the OUTSIDE of her apartment was disconnect. Had the first tech read his notes, the doorbell note, OR checked the outside internet wire I would not be writing this review on the poor customer service and the weak excuses given by management.
