Chasity made my purchase of my new Envision such a pleasurable experience. She was so prompt at answering any of my questions anytime and made me so comfortable in the whole process. Being from out of town I was very frustrated when an engine light came in on my Brand new truck. I booked an appointment on the mychevrolet app for the next day. During a follow up call to ask if I would be able to get a loaner, service told me to bring it down that afternoon. I was in and out in an hour. I would high recommend Mainline.

I got my sensors and harness changed for my front camera and an oil change. I was not happy with my oil change. It was changed fine but they charged my for full synthetic oil which I never have asked for. My vehicle has only been there for everything I ever needed done and I have never got full synthetic oil. It was over $200 for just the oil change. Next time maybe contact me before you put the full in. All they had to do was look in my records and c it is semi synthetic that they always put it.

I recently had service done on my 2020 GMC 1500 Denali, that I purchased at Kindersley Mainline. They have a great team in Kindersley. I had a very good experience purchasing my truck from the sales team., and also their service department is very friendly and knowledgeable.
