Our dog, Kula, was a hard loss to our family. Through all the tears and hard phone calls, Melissa and Shaq quickly picked up our boy and had his ashes ready for us to pick up a few days later as we were leaving for a trip and wanted him home. This place was great. We lost our girl dog very unexpectedly after driving 3 hours in the middle of the night to the emergency vet where she died on the operating table. When you're reeling as bad as we were, it helps tremendously when you have people like Melissa who are genuinely kind and compassionate and help make this process easier. She knew we would be picking up our dogs ashes on my birthday so she asked for our favourite photo of her and made us a little keepsake of our boy dog and her together. All in all just good people there, thanks Melissa and Shaq.

She went out of her way to call the vet office for us when we had to put our boy down and advocate for us and our wishes. She gave me updates along the way and eased my mind.
