( May 2024) We had the great pleasure to sit on the patio on Mother’s Day, yesterday. Our server was amazing. Funny, thoughtful and just down right lovely! We loved the potato skins ( the best I’ve had in years ) jalepenos bacon cheese poppers and the Greek salad and beef skewer plate! So yum!
We just loved our BIG mug size pops, the gal was working the floor in and out alone so instead of doing refills she went ahead and brought us like 3 drinks in one! 👌

Bonus was being given a gorgeous pink rose and wishes for a happy Mother’s Day. Very sweet thank you ( I think her name was Lisa ) 🌈♥️

We had Kosmos serve our wedding and dinner rehearsal, and both meals were outstanding. Sharon was amazing to work with, and the whole team was organized, attentive, and accommodating. From the beautifully displayed charcuterie board, the delicious buffet, the wide selection of desserts, and the late night snack, our guests went on and on about how amazing everything was. We are so happy we chose to work with Kosmos and I would whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone who wants an excellent meal served (that will impress all of their guests) at their next event.

My husband and I dined in the lounge on Sunday night, and it was a great experience. I ordered the 8-ounce New York steak, and it was cooked perfectly—very tender and flavorful, definitely one of the better steaks I’ve had in a while. The food overall was high-quality, tasted great, and was reasonably priced.

The service stood out as well. Our waitress was polite, efficient, and made sure we had everything we needed without any delays. I also liked that the fountain sodas were bottomless and served in generous sizes—it’s a nice touch that you don’t see often nowadays.

The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, with a welcoming vibe that made it easy to enjoy the evening. The place was also pretty clean, which left a good impression.

All in all, it was a great spot for a casual night out, and we’ll definitely be coming back. 🙂

Went to the bar side for Valentines day, service was great. Like the atmosphere. I had the prime rib special. Flavour was excellent but it was quite tough and was a real uneven cut. Will go back, but will pass on there their prime rib.

Me and my husband came here for the first time today and each got a burger with fries. We came for a late lunch so it was quiet and not busy, the waitress was sweet, friendly and gave great service. Our burgers and fries were really good! Exceeded our expectations! The fries tasted homemade and were great and I made sure to take in all the delicious flavours as I ate my burger. The price was good. With $5 tip it was $40 for both our burgers and fries. I haven’t tried other stuff here but the burgers and service are excellent! Thanks : )

We have eaten here many times but we were so disappointed Friday Dec. 27/2024. Some meals are better than others. We will often wait awhile for our meal if the lounge is busy. The restaurant is cold...we keep our jackets on. Yes really unless you are lucky enough to sit by the fireplace. Our Chicken Neptune was barely okay as all the toppings were luke warm only..Small portion of chicken with a loaded baked potato was an extra $3.99 and very little sour cream and couldn't find any butter. It wasn't hot by any standards. Vegies should have been discarded as they were overcooked and underwhelming! Our portion of garlic toast was obviously the end of the loaf as it was a small amount. Guess we are looking for a new favorite place.

Booked a reservation for 9 of us at 4 today and received the worst service I have ever had before... we all had the Thanksgiving dinner which was amazing.. so thank you chefs! Our server didn't smile once.. didn't ask how our food was. When we asked for refill she just brought over a jug and put it down in front of you. We sat with our dirty plates in front of us and waited a long time for our desert... it was not the peek of the busy evening for the server at this time either. could have understood if she was busy but there was no excuse.( I have served for many years) . Then when we finally got out bills she just puts the amount in the machine and left the table and came back and did it 2 more times for the other bills... no conversation, no, how was dinner.. this isn't the first time we have had this server either... we had one other time, and attitude was the same then.. thought maybe having an off day as we all do someday... I guess this might not be the job for you !!! I felt the need to apologize to my family as it was my idea to treat ourselves and go out for Thanksgiving... $340 meal altogether, not including drinks, and the service was terrible... !!!!
