STAY AWAY FROM THEM! These people are completely unqualified, incompetent and scamming people their hard earned money with no shame. First of all, they desperately call multiple times harassing people to purchase their services. After purchasing and wasting time and money I realized that they do not even know how to do basic ADS OR SEO. They have no clue what they are doing and will simply waste your time and EAT YOUR MONEY. These people need to be reported for fraud because I've never seen incompetence like this in my life.

Terrible experience - signed up for the fiserv merchant. Josh misinformed me about the prices . They ask me to pay 100+ for setting it on my website, did not explain before. I got charged 150, 20 a month, plus another 5, and the service is not even setup yet. I called Josh - he said to email him the charges, once I did, he stopped answering his phone and his emails. I called the Kreative hive number, and talked to the "manager" - explained what happened with Josh, and FISERV she said she will call back in 10 minutes, assured me they are not a scam company. Then did not call back, does not answer her phone, and no explanation. I'm left with a bill, extra expenses, no website setup, Fiserv cannot refund me, and kreative hive takes no responsibility. Avoid the Fiserv setup, the hidden fees are a lot, and you will get a lot of assurances in the beginning, and then all the bills and no responsibility.
