Had a horrible experience trying to get the work completed when we needed a new sign for our location. The work done was very poor quality and I had to contact them multiple times to fix the work so it was somewhat acceptable. Now, 2 years later, they are sending me bills saying that I haven't paid them. When I contacted them to find out what was happening, they said they would get back to me and I never heard from them. Weeks later I received another bill, I don't know whether they are scamming me or what is happening because I can't seem to get through to see what these charges are for.

I hired LA Neon to move my sign to our new location and put up some window perf. The reason I give 2 stars instead of 1 is because everything with the window perf went good. However, I would not recommend this company for installing large storefront signs. LA Neon took much longer then necessary to put up my sign and then when they finally did, the job was sub par. I called and emailed expressing exactly what I wanted, and what we agreed on (ie. pressure washed and possibly painted behind old sign) and nothing was done. Months and months later still haven't heard anything.

Unfortunately I don’t live in Lethbridge so I can’t patronize this business, but I sure do love that they’re using their signs to remind us that the carbon tax is a scam. Keep up the great work!
