My experience with LAE Printing was horrible. I reached out to LAE Printing for a quote on a rear window wrap on my 2016 GMC Sierra 1500.

I was quoted the cost and that they were able to do the project, the quote was extremely competitive, and I went with LAE Printing as I have been dealing with them for a few years at this time. I agreed to the price and dropped off my vehicle for the work to be done. When I picked up my truck, the wrap had already started to peel away from the window. I spoke with Nand about this issue, and he said to bring it back, they will fix it.

I then dropped the vehicle off again so they could repair the wrap. When I picked it up, the wrap appeared to be good, but the graphic had been stretched. I got back to work and as the work day progressed the wrap continued to peel away from the rear window. So, I spoke with Nand once again, and he said to bring it back, and he would fix it.

When I returned to pick up the truck this time, the wrap had a 1/4" gap around the outside of the graphic with clear 3M tape aiding in adhering it to the rear window. The graphic had been stretched and was not of the same likeness as the approved image and showed some damage. This time i spoke with the installer, as I was a little early and he was just finishing up. The installer told me it was industry standard to have a 1/4" gap around a rear window wrap. He added that otherwise, he would have to remove the rear window to properly adhere the wrap so it would not peel. (I called other local businesses and found out that industry standard was to remove the rear window to properly apply the wrap.) When I spoke to Nand about this, I told him that I would like a refund, and felt we should stop, take it as a loss, and move on.

Nand insisted on a chance to try again and said to bring it back, and he would have the installer redo the wrap, while regurgitating that this was industry standard & not something LAE specializes in. As I mentioned before, I felt Nand, and I had a great working relationship, so I thought no harm in trying once more.
When I picked up my truck this time the printed graphic was worse, again had some damage and not only was the ¼” gap still there, but the outside edge of the wrap was cut jaggedly & looked extremely unprofessional. Nand had also decided to print off a 2nd wrap (the image again looked longer in width and shorter in height) I did not ask for. Nand then blamed his installer, the Admin. Assistant (who he had laid off/fired) explained to me that he was out $1,000.00’s of dollars in time and material doing this project but was only willing to reimburse me ½ of what I paid. He said that he felt he had already lost (my company’s business) due to this project and was only trying as hard as he was due to where I work.
I have “receipts” on all I have said here, conversations were recorded, and emails/texts were also saved. I have attached picts as well.

Nand and his team are awesome. I have had a few things printed with them for work, flyers, biz cards and I'm about to get some stickers this week! They are fair with prices, like I dont want to pay the cheapest prices because I dont want the cheapest looking end result. They are quick, and good at what they do and prices are always fair.

I want to start by saying my hoodies look fantastic. They are great quality and were made exactly to my specifications.

The reason I am leaving 3 stars is because I was quoted a price by LAE, which I found very fair, for 2 hoodies. Upon completion, I received my invoice for $31 more. Apparently I had been misquoted originally and when I asked if they could honour the original quote, the owner's answer was immediately no. As a business owner myself, if I under quote somebody, then I honour the original price. I have the original quote in my email so I was definitely shocked to see that they wouldn't honour the quote. I was really disappointed as they came highly recommended. As a small business, $31 was a pretty big difference in cost to be suddenly eating.
