called looking for a cell phone booster for my service truck was leaving for work the next day. Eric got me in that day and did a fantastic install and booster works GREAT! just picked up a new phone and again GREAT service. I highly recommend Lakeland Communications!

I purchased a phone while on a vacation in Calgary at a 'telus store.' I had some issues with the phone and needed help with a plan issue. When I walked in the young girl working was texting on her phone and less than happy to be serving me. She had a snooty attitude and when I asked about my plan because the guy in Calgary offered me an add on and then said I could change it all she said was "yeah well I wouldn't have agreed to that." I explained to her I was not home to do it here to which she said "that's your fault for shopping at a mall." Useless customer service and maybe that's why people don't shop local.

We came in to discuss our bill and purchase a new phone. The young lady was very unprofessional and quite rude. She talked down to us and did not listen. I got much better results when I called the help line and their fixed the error on our account and refunded our fees. We went back to purchase a phone and she quoted us $135 a month for a refurbished phone. Unbelievable, we left without purchasing.

I mean, my husband successfully got his phone, but the young lady who helped us sprayed us with air fresher.. she was a bit impudent. After she saw our good history with Telus, her tune changed, and she wanted to make conversation.
Someone who judges people by the cover should probably not be working at sales.

Dayna is absolutely amazing, super helpful and friendly. She is knowledgeable and helps you through any problem with ease.

Would have gave 5 stars, but another employee named Chelsea (Chelsey?) is an absolute NIGHTMARE to deal with. She has zero PR skills, is rude and condescending on the phone and not at all helpful. She even suggested I switch to another phone company. She argued with me on the phone to the point I hung up. Would never deal with her again. I'm a Manager myself, and if one of my employees acted like that with a customer they would be out of a job.
