If it wasnt for the fact that this is the only law service provider in town, these guys would go out of business. Do your research and seek services in the city if you can. We have been waiting for our Will documents to be drafted since October 16th, we are now in March.

Initial appointment is with the lawyer but documents are drafted from their assistants. These seem to be mostly "pre-made fill the blanks" documents with a light touch of customization. First time the documents were sent to us for review, there were pretty glaring errors in the Will. From mispelled names to entirely wrong inputs. Being quoted as my own spouse... We sent back the documents for redraft and still waiting as of now... Sent many email asking for update, nothing, no communication.

The fact that you give these guys a retainer and they let you hang dry like that is just frustrating. They have no issue setting up initial appointment with retainer thought! Unprofessional. Will not recommend.

STAY AWAY!!! Jennifer Smith will not respond to anything. When she does she faines illness everytime. She is so low that she slanders people in open court. Not professional in anyway. Walks around like she's boss bosshuse, boastful and arrogant. Is always getting into trouble by the judge for her behavior.
I can't state enough to stay away from that office.

Jennifer Smith and her assistants (Renee and Dana) have been the most unprofessional team I have ever experienced in my life.
From constant delays to the wrong zoom time these people don’t care for your well being and have absolutely zero sense of urgency.
They take no accountability for their mistakes and will not accommodate you for your time lost.
I don’t recommend these people.
Please take the extra few minutes and search elsewhere for your own good.
Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL.

I made an appointment on June 5th, which was to be held June 12th. I had my consult and paid the fee, was told how much the retainer would be and all the payment options. I put down $2,500 on interact. I gave them documents. I then email transferred them $1,250. On July 3rd they emailed me stating that they had made an error and would no longer be able to represent me. When I called to inquire about getting my consult feedback because they should have known that they couldn't represent me before I even spoke with them and gave them money, Jennifer wouldn't speak with me and wanted me to communicate through email. So I emailed her. Still to this day have not gotten a response, over a week later. Turns out this was a blessing in disguise because I found a lawyer with more experience and who's retainer was $2,000 less than Jennifer's. So in the end they'll get a three-star rating simply for saving me $2,000.

Excellent service, friendly staff, and fair rates. LLG has represented me for several years and they work together as an amazing team. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a law office with integrity and that takes pride in representing their clients to the absolute best of their abilities.

Mr. Conlin and the entire staff are amazing at what they do. Very professional, knowledgeable and great to deal with.
They helped me through the legal/court process, which i could not have done myself.
Mr. Conlins opponents in the courtroom, are the only people who could give Lakeland Law a bad review.

Jay Conlin is a very approachable genuine person and a great lawyer. The office works in family law, real estate closings, wills, etc.
The staff at the office are extremely friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable, and cordial.
The facility itself is maintained extremely well and is always clean. I would recommend any person seeking assistance with any legal matters to give LLG the first call.

LLG will rip you off! They provided no expertise, and charged full lawyer rates for work performed by office staff.

They did not take my primary concern of finalizing a legal matter swiftly and with cost reduction in mind. The final result cost four (4!) times what they had initially promised.

Finally, they did not provide any genuine advice. All my difficult questions were returned back to me with a question about my stomach for risk. I ended up counselling myself for the majority of our interactions.
