Rude and unprofessional is an understatement.
A previous reviewer said Dennis took a hissy-fit. I believe it. When I questioned his attitude and tone, he hung up on me.
I can only guess how someone that ill-mannered is still in business.

In my experience, Dennis was extremely unprofessional.
He doesn't seem to understand the high stress levels we, as clients, experience when buying/selling property. As a result, making these transaction even more stressful. Ultimately, Dennis was replaced with another lawyer whom put our minds at ease.

Dennis dumped us with 12 days to closing. He had a hissy fit because I called him twice on the same day. Highly unprofessional!

Called about an amendment to a will , I just needed a simple signature to witness it. I had been referred there by the town clerk. Very rude on the phone, both the receptionist and the lawyer himself. Called another lawyer's office it was done almost immediately.
