Will never be using this company again! Very unprofessional, slow and disorganized 2 years in a row!!

My partner used this company last year and sent his documents in early. Layman group forgot about his taxes even after he asked if they were done multiple times. Finally they sent in his taxes but it was late! My partner even had to pay a late fee because of this company’s disorganization. He’s a pretty understanding guy so he thought he would give them another chance this year. Again he sent his documents well in advance but didn’t hear back for months. He had to call them multiple times to check in and they still were not complete even though he had paid already for the service. Finally the day before taxes were due, he got a call asking if they got his payment which they already did weeks ago and they still had not filed his taxes!!

Honestly it was just awful and frustrating using these accountants. From our experience it does not seem like they have much respect for their customers :(.
Would not recommend them to anyone.
