Been a customer since the place opened. Printer wasn’t working right so asked to print me off a label. Industry standard is $0.10. Charged me $2 AFTER I donated $0.75. It’s not about the money it’s about the principle. Lost me as a customer forever.

I ordered a vacuum cleaner and it’s been sitting at the UPS station for 4 days. I have not received a single call or any delivery attempt. I contacted customer service five times, but every time I got no proper help—just empty promises. No updates, no follow-up, and no sense of urgency. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a courier service. I will think twice before using UPS again.

I am very frustrated with your service. I chose and paid for instant delivery because my package contains important items. Despite this, I have not received my parcel on time and continue to receive delay notifications.

This is highly disappointing and unacceptable.

I had a negative experience at this UPS store.

I came in to drop off a small package for return, expecting to receive a bit of assistance as I had seen on their Google page that they provide packaging materials. I've also never had any issues with packaging my stuff on site at Canada Post or Purolator.

I was just coming from Staples with a printed return label I needed to print off. The package was open and unsealed because you need to insert a piece of the return label into the package. I had assumed the staff could help me tape it up and cut the paper because I didn't have any supplies on me. Instead, the clerk was dismissive and rude, telling me the package should already be prepared before coming in. Why does the stores advertisement say otherwise? He placed the return label in a special taped plastic attachment that didn't fully cover and seal the package. I asked if he wanted me to tape it better and he sarcastically said "Did you bring tape?". The attitude was unhelpful and unprofessional. Quite frankly it just made no sense.

I thought maybe he was joking but looking back on the whole experience I've come to the conclusion that he was just having a bad day or didnt have time to help.

If the store advertises that they provide packaging materials, then a little courtesy and assistance in following through with that claim would go a long way. I would have happily bought a roll of tape.

This was at around 3:30pm on the 14th of November.

Disappointed with the poor customer service will only ever use this place if Amazon forces my hand.

So bad service. So what happened exactly I sent food items to my brother in Brampton through UPS located on Keltic drive Sydney and I paid 164.80 so that it could be delivered early the expected delivery date was 21 November 2024 at 11.30 and it was guaranteed that the package be there on time but it's still not there. As it's a food item it might go bad if you cannot deliver the item on time why I paid so much extra. It's just totally wastage of my money. Even I did not wanna give it one star it did not allow me to post without pressing any star

Ordered a package and was given a delivery date by Amazon. When it didn't arrive as promised, I contacted UPS and was told that it was being held in the Sydney NS facility (and indeed, tracking did indicate that it had reached Sydney in plenty of time to deliver to me as promised) as requested by the buyer. Thing is, I was never contacted, either by email or my phone, nor did I ever request a later delivery date. When I try to contact the UPS store in Sydney, I get an automated message listing a few other numbers to call, doubtless as useful as this one was.... Disappointing to say the least....

Package was guaranteed to arrive in a week and I paid almost $150 for it. It took over three weeks. When I called I was promised a refund, after a week, I never got the cash back. I called and they said they had voided the refund and they never bothered to contact me. Incredibly poor service. Wouldn't recommend. I'd use Canada Post before these guys and that's saying an awful lot.

Crooks! I had a package destined for Nova Scotia and called UPS to inform them I would be clearing it through customs myself. They first told me I cannot do this and when I explained that this was a lie they told me I had to go to Montreal to clear the package, also a lie. After arguing back and forth the rep finally caved and sent me the receipt I needed to clear it though customs. I proceeded to clear it in Sydney Novas Scotia and called UPS to inform them. They stated all was good and I there will be no brokerage, tax or duty fees. Today, May 18th 2021 I received an invoice telling me I owe a past due amount for their brokerage services and duty/tax. The invoice was due 8 days before I received it. When I called to have the charges removed I spoke with Rep Julia pza1szj who proceeded to lie about the charges and explained they are in fact valid and that I did not clear the package through customs myself, which I did in fact. UPS are scammers and will take advantage of innocent people in hopes to have their fraudulent bills paid by naive Canadians. Self proclaimed Supervisor Piel pza7erx explained that the charges would be removed but based on prior experience I cannot believe this to be true and have no way to confirm whether or not they've removed the fraudulent charges. Avoid this company full or lying scammers.
