Not really sure what to write. It costs me $70 each trip to take my quad to Hudson Bay. $140 in fuel when I pick machine up. Went to them because I have had very poor service at the Polaris dealer in Melfort in the past and saw good reviews here. What service I did get was good until I paid it seems. They replaced fuel pump. $920. Picked up my quad and it ran BUT has a VERY LONG running lag for many seconds before dropping to a high idle of 1400-1500rpm. Which my quad NEVER did before going into shop. That is way too high. Dangerous because you have to use brakes a lot to slow down cause the machine wants to keep going cause of the ongoing SUPER LONG lag time keeping the clutches engaged. Namely when loading. When I picked it up, I asked Travis why it's doing that, and it was NEVER like that. He said its running good. It runs but NOT like it should or did. I tried to ask more questions because I wasn't happy and concerned, but Travis cut me off and said, "Sorry but I'm busy". And then he went on to help someone else. And that was that. I got shot down flat!. So, I loaded my quad and left. I've put on 30miles since. It runs, BUT it has these NEW issues that it NEVER had and had to be caused by whoever worked on my machine. So now I have a machine that needs new work done. So sadly, for me again I got POOR service AGAIN from another Polaris Dealer. Why?.. MAYBE if I have to go back, they will redeem themselves and fix this problem for NO CHARGE.

Have snowmobile in the area for years. They have a great selection of anything you need for snowmobiling.They even carry some limited parts for other brands such as belts and are always helpfull. Last year they found a private individual with Arctic Cat clutch parts we were able to get and they assembled for us. Always have time to talk about the trails. If I didn't live 350 km away I would definitely buy from them.

First time in hudson bay, went to the polaris dealership for information about skidoo trails an places to stay. 2 people helped me a younger girl and a older man. It was 445 pm. They were very friendly and nice to talk to. Gave me lots of information. The guy even asked for my contact information to make sure if i had any troubles on the trails, he would help me out. I strongly suggest and recommend this place even if you ride skidoo arcticat or yamaha. I didnt even buy anything and it was service. Thank you for your help. I will come there again on my next visit to hudson bay, sk

Good place to get what you need for your sleds and quads also you can go to buy clothing ...also all the parts you need for repairs....if they don't have it they will get it....excellent service and staff
