We first joined the Little Owl Family back in 2019 when our boys were little and we were sad when our boys aged out and went to big kids school. But we are back now with with our littlest addition, and we had no hesitation with coming back. Jade and Justine are absolutely amazing at what they do and their vision for the centre is brilliant. All the staff we have come in contact with over the years has been super friendly and truly sets them apart. The new renovations that have be done are thoughtful and truly inspire.

Our little girl loves going to Little Owl. The community and staff is welcoming, very caring and friendly. The atmosphere within Little Owl makes your kids feel like they are home away from home. Your always updated with the educational and fun activities/adventures the kids and staff have been doing throughout your kids day. Upcoming events or trips you get through the daily newsletters and the app. Love Little Owl 🦉

Our daughter started at Little Owl in October 2024, and she has absolutely thrived in the incredible environment. To say her teachers are amazing is an understatement. Every moment they create is rich with intention. They are so very kind and patient with our girl. We can tell that they truly care about her happiness. She often says in conversation with us "I love Miss Kaitlin", " I love Miss Catherine" and "I love Miss Carmen", which speaks volumes.
They are so wonderful to us parents as well, taking the time to inform us of how her day was, despite the busy-ness of pick up time.
The weekly stories and photos are an amazing 'peek' into the magical world of learning and fun that our girl gets to be a part of.

This is the only daycare I recommend to my family and friends. My daughter attended Little Owl from toddler to preschool age, and she absolutely loved it. The teachers were fantastic, and the programs are wonderful. My daughter had a speech delay, and they not only provided helpful recommendations but also gave her all the support she needed to improve her speech.

Little Owl has been amazing for our family. The environment and everyone working there is kind and loving, and our son has really enjoyed it. They do field trips and fun and varied activities making it stimulating and never boring. Grateful for all the amazing staff at Little Owl!

I planned to visit this learning center with my child, but as soon as we entered and went down the stairs, we overheard two kids shouting and swearing loudly. In one of the classrooms, I even saw a young child chewing on a dirty tissue, and the staff nearby did nothing to intervene.

The washroom was quite dirty, and I’m genuinely concerned that kids studying here might be at risk of catching illnesses. Later, while attending an event at the church next door, some parents shared stories about children getting injured at this center. Even after the police were called, the management reportedly made excuses and showed no concern for the child’s medical needs.

If problems like this aren’t resolved even after involving the authorities, I would be very worried about the basic safety of any child attending this center. For this reason, I strongly advise against sending your children here. While it’s common for kids to roughhouse at times, responsible learning centers take appropriate action to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

I sincerely hope the staff here can start acting like professional educators and focus on fostering children’s growth in a healthy and safe way. Best of luck to everyone!

Switched my daughter to this centre a few months ago, and I could not be happier with their programs. I love that they are connected with the MH Public school division and that they offer extended services like language therapy sessions for my daughter who struggles with pronunciation! All of her teachers have been wonderful and understanding and I really appreciate that they have a coded security system to get in. They recently updated their in-house playground area and I think it is very secure. The teachers at Little Owls also work really hard to come up with new activities to get my daughter engaged everyday!

Can’t recommend Little Owl enough. We have felt every staff member was top notch and truly cared about our child and getting to know even US. Learning and explorative activities are planned throughout the day, change weekly, and going outside in any weather is a priority. The outdoor space is incredible and has nature as the focus - it’s not full of cement and fake grass. Meal plan is better than any others I’ve seen, events happen throughout the year for families to attend, renovations are beautiful and thoughtful… It’s hard to think of something im not happy about! In the first little bit they moved my daughter a few times which surprised us and we weren’t sure how we felt, but once I seen her with her new class it became clear that they move children so they have a more enriching experience. Rooms are only loosely based on age and focus more on ability which is something I think speaks volumes about communication between staff who work with kids daily, management and owners. Happy little owl family!
