I've used them a few times now and they have been great. Customer service is wonderful, the product itself is really great! Picking up the items can be a little bit of a hassle but other than that i am really happy with the company and will keep using them!

I ordered my business cards printed here, and while the product itself was fine, the customer service left much to be desired.

Maybe the bitter cold that day made the experience feel worse, but it was frustrating nonetheless. When I arrived at the front of the building, a sign directed me to go around to the back. This wasn’t a simple detour, it meant walking about 240 meters along the street, with no sidewalks, in freezing weather. Once I got there, I provided my order number and was asked to wait outside while they retrieved it. The process was quick, but I couldn't help but wonder "why make customers wait outside, especially in these conditions? Why not allow pickups through the reception area?"

To top it off, after handing me my order, the employee simply shut the door without a “thank you” or even a basic acknowledgment. Given that it was a small package, I could have easily picked it up inside, warming up for a moment while waiting.

Overall, the whole experience felt very cold, both literally and figuratively.

Little Rock has been reliable to work with over the years, fair pricing and good process. I like that a lot of their services and pricing are available on their website. I have gotten art prints and large format (on coroplast) done and they have looked great. They are really supportive to a lot of small biz and creatives in Calgary. Thanks for everything

We've had business cards, and big banners printed through Little Rock, and they look great! Easy to order, their "how soon do you need it" pricing is fantastic and simple to understand. Quality of printing is amazing. Will use them again and again.

Giving 2 stars cause I did have one good experience with this company in the spring. That being said after this last interaction, between poor customer service/ general communication and lack of ability to get a job done in a timely manner, I will not be recommending or using Little Rock printing again. I went to a competitor and got my project done in 10 min for cheaper. AND they were pleasant to work with. The president really needs to work on his people skills.
Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. Really sucks doing this considering I do like supporting small local businesses.

- yes, Brian I understand that I made a mistake as well and I owned that from the beginning and tried to rectify it. That being said, I ended up sending the files 3 separate times and you guys still had no clue what I actually needed printed. You were sending me emails like- so you need 20 copies single sided? or 3 copies single sided? When I had clearly stated 6 copies double sided. By the end it felt like you were just messing around to get a rise out of my or something. AND that was only part of the issue, your attitude over the phone is not how you should be representing your company. I stand by the fact that I will continue to use other companies services/ will not be recommending you company when for a print shop you sure don't seem to know how to do the job.

We had calendars printed from Little Rock and I’m so impressed. The cost was amazing, the shipping was so fast and the quality was great. I love that this is a Canadian company as well. They gave us a free proof to make sure the calendar was what we wanted before printing a batch. And the online tutorial on how to use Canva to create the calendar template was immensely helpful. All in all I’m super happy with this purchase and would absolutely use them again in the future.

I thought I knew what I was doing as a graphic designer and having worked in a print franchise... these guys took it above and beyond to correct my own mistake. Be sure to double check the qualities of your files you send, and definitely send files with printer and crop marks included. I ordered 100 cards and sent them garbage files (unknowingly there was an error I missed), and they happily did a FREE Re-Print of all 100 cards. Hopefully you don't make the same mistake I do, but man did this company step up with no questions asked. Thanks so much LPR!
