Have been in the building for almost 3 years...no issues. Understanding and fair. My partner has been here for over 10 yrs...that should speak for itself...the property is kept up in both winter and summer with ploughing and wkly grass cutting. They listen to concerns and reply promptly.

We rented a home (as tenants) through Sandi and Nancy for 2 years, and had an absolute wonderful experience with them. They were fair in decisions regarding home improvement, and gave us more than enough notice if they had anyone coming to work on things as well.

Terrible and predatory. Completely taking advantage of the state of the economy, by charging ridiculously high rent. They expect their tennants to live a lower-class lifestyle in exchange for what appears to be a nice apartment, until all the corners cut during construction reveal themselves. I strongly recommend living anywhere else, or finding a house, before living under Lock and Stone.

Terrible property managers, Sandi and Nancy are liars. They had us evicted due to the fact we had looked after my 9 year old daughter's guinea pigs. They entered the property without our consent. The neighbors downstairs have a large husky and a small dog. That's ok though. They made false accusations, didn't look after the property, lied. Oh the power bill here is 12,00 every two months from fall to spring. Lawn care terrible, house is rotting in spots, needs painting, area leading to laundry room is terrible and dirty, they said they had someone to clean it. Nothing is insulated, windows, doors, etc. They are terrible. I'd give them no stars if it would let me.
