Logan was friendly and be knowledgeable about the regina market, which was brand new for us. He always reply replied quickly to our texts, calls and emails. After showing us EVERYTHING we wanted to see on our first visit (even houses he suggested may not be the best option for us), we had 100% trust in his recommendations.
At 2 different times houses came up and we were unable to come to Regina to see them in person, so he set up a time with us to do a video walk through with him. He took us from the front door to the back yard and even looked into crawl spaces for us. The second of these homes, we purchased. It's been very good working with him and I would highly recommend him to anyone, but especially a person who is new to the Regina market.

Logan was great and quick to respond from beginning to end! Within 30 minutes of connecting with him, we met and viewed the house we are now in. He was super in negotiations - helping us as first-time home buyers with our options and responding quickly to our questions and to the seller's team. Past that, he was great in helping us navigate contractors for immediate renos that were needed. Couldn't recommend him enough!

Logan was patient and professional, very knowledgeable in what to look out for as a purchaser. He ensured that we got the right home for us no matter the amount of time or effort it took. Carefully looked at homes and watched out for potential problems and found them straight away, knew ahead of time if properties were worth our time to look at and avoided spending our time looking at lemons. It took us a few months to find the right place. Logan sorted all the properties that fit our preferences to a T, and had us in there viewing the place in less than 24 hours. Considering how crazy the market is currently, him being able to accomplish this and give such amazing customer service, was above and beyond. We had some issues with how the sellers left the property, and logan had the situation rectified by the following morning, and paid for what was needed out of his own personal pocket. If you are in the market, logan is your guy no questions asked. Logan deserves a 5/5 stars 5 times over.
