Employee showed up over an hour early which was totally unacceptable since I work at home & this service is extremely loud. He was also totally unprofessional.
He drilled holes in our duct work ( without informing me first) and DID NOT SEAL THEM. He damaged one of the ducts, causing it to drop off the sealing & dented it. He skipped at least 2 vents that I can tell, possibly more and left my floors, furniture, laundry, everything covered in metal shavings, concrete dust, dirt & debris. It took over 2 hours to clean up the mess & now I'm left with 1" holes in my ducts, and it cost me over $300!
Edit: the manager reached out to fix the issues raised. He did, unfortunately, bring back the employee who initially did the inferior work who again arrived earlier than the appointment, while I was still working.
Holes were patched and apologies were made. They did admit that the holes should have been plugged and itvwas an oversight. They also made the necessary repairs to reattach our duct to the ceiling which was appreciated.
We were told that drilling holes is standard procedure for duct cleaning & no, they do not typically inform the customer of this process. They also confirmed that it is a messy process & there is typically a lot of clean up required. Again, had I been informed of this possibility in advance, I would have tented my furniture with a tarp & sheets.
I have to say that the manager was very concerned about the
negative review & committed to making things right. His commitment was appreciated & hopefully he will impress upon his staff the importance of arriving on time for appointments, not early.

I was able to book them to come within two day of me calling. Showed up on time. The company sent out 2 techs (normally one) as a contingency to the snowy weather - slow traffic and whatnot. They had 2 hrs scheduled, but were done in 1. Vents look amazing. Techs are knowledgeable and offered some tips on they're way out. Would recommend them.

Amazing work ! Was very impressed with their punctuality and communication. They allowed me to change my deal on the spot as my furnace needed an in-depth cleaning. Had a great experience with London Steam. They were on time, efficient and very friendly. Had my basement carpets cleaned and they look spectacular as well as my furnace and ducts cleaned which has NEVER been done. Air quality was instantly noticeably improved. Highly recommend them!

I’m a local realtor, hired London Steam to clean my clients carpets. Omar was very professional, told me his honest opinion right away and worked on options to get to our goal of restoring the carpet. I appreciated his full transparency and education throughout the process, he set good expectations from the start and did not disappoint. He was still able to clean the carpet but unfortunately the stain was there for too long, he tried other solutions as well before leaving. Appreciate that he has pride in his craft. Thank you for your professionalism, very mannered gentlemen and was on time and got the job done. Would highly recommend this company and Omar to my network of clients and colleagues. The company was easy to reach and book via email or on-line, which is preferable to me over phone. The booking was in just a few days, and Omar came exactly when expected, and did a great job cleaning my couch and chair, plus two area rugs. He was very friendly and easy to talk to and loved my dogs! They are also associated with Home Depot, which felt good to me. Will definitely use again.
