Customer service is zero. They don’t call customer when in the building where there is no buzzer. If you don’t call on apartment please let customer come and pick their package at the facility.
I went to the office and the lady was sitting on her phone. I asked her that I was there for my package, she said they haven’t open yet, but I am inside the office. I begged her to just give my parcel since I am already there, it is snowing, I work till late, she refused and said that she hasn’t even started her computer. How many minutes takes for someone to turn on the computer? In the cold and snowing can’t you take extra step and help a customer?
Not the best delivery company if you are living in the apartment and no buzzer. Choose other delivery companies they are better and have a good customer service. They will not call you. So how would you know they are in your building? Imagine being home waiting for the parcel and get a message that they came and missed you, how?

I would give them less than one star if it l could. Their driver NEVER attempts delivery, just automatically "sorry we missed you". Then to top it off, they are only open Monday-Friday 10-430. I work until 5 so I have to take time off work to go get the package because the driver is a lazy ahole. Worst courier ever!!!

The worst delivery service ever😒 Im so upset that most Shein orders are delivered through this company. Every time they request me to pick up the package, bcz driver couldn't reach me, he made an attempt...its false all the time. As soon as he discovered its Appartment building he even didn't try to deliver the package to the door. Never press the buzz code buttons. Its easier just to leave a note for customer to pick up. And then Im checking my page online and its said 'Nobody answered '🙄 Of course, if you didnt ask, no one can answer you. Calling to the office is waste of time. They're busy forever! Left two angry voice-mails, at last called me back, and lady from the front desk is talking to me so confidently that your order is waiting for pickup bcz driver couldn't reach you. And as she explained, they dont know what is going on at online updates, nobody informed them. DHL didnt inform them. I left notification online to remind them my buzz code. Hahhh, two companies working together, delivering packages and dont contact about these packages. Really? Its something....and if you request a driver to call directly to you, its not allowed...whats that? I paid for delivery, so Im not going to spend my time driving to the office for pick up. Disappointing 😞 and never heard any apology

Don't even deserve one star. This is the worst company to provide services. The girl at desk has poor communication skills and does not know how to talk with customers. They did not called me.. did nothing just stick a note that too of date before. Now they want me to pick it up a whole 20 kg parcel. Literally the poor company needs to shut down.

NOT GOOD SERVICE!!! If there is negative rate, i will give them negative review as the way how they treat me. Thursday they message delivery day then again today but where it is no even note on the door. No consideration to those living in old apartment that doesn't have doorbell each unit on the building. So i putted and requested to please call me when at the door and gave my number because living in apartment and cannot stay at the front door wholeday as a guard with my 5mos baby.and 4 year old.Very inconsiderate i called them and said yesterday they didnt deliver because not enough time for the delivery man,BUT IS IT MY PROBLEM TO ADJUST THEIR JOB!I AM PAYING FOR MY PARCEL TO DELIVER! SO DISGUSTING SERVICE TO PAY LIKE THIS! I WILL KEEP GIVING MY BAD EXPERIENCE TILL YOU FEEL THE SAME HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CLIENT THAT PAYED YOUR SERVICE!

Said they "attempted" to deliver, I was home all day and heard no knock or doorbell.. if someone knocked on my door my dog would go nuts. So they didn't even try. left a slip on my door and now I have to wait the weekend to pick it up on Monday and of course theybclose at a lousy 4pm Unreal. I don't owe you any money just leave the damn package at the door!!

If I knew Loomis was delivering my package, I wouldn't have ordered from the retailer. Office is only open 10am to 430pm.
Horrible for people who work a regular 8 hr day.

Simply Pathetic Service. I wish there is option of Negative Rating. That's 3rd time in a row. Never came to deliver and when asked why there response was "we tried multiple times" Simply Bullshit. I don't know why these stupid still has bussines. 0 Rating.
