He has met with us in person, spoken with us on the phone, looked at properties to give us advice on problem spots, as well as suggestions for solutions. He's been generous with his time and knowledge, and as we continue our search for the right property we know he'll be the first person we call when we finally find a property on which to build a home or renovate an older structure. From an idea in our mind to watching the realization of this unusual project was an exciting venture. Working with our project manager Matt T, it was a positive experience because of all of the communication - from the weekly updates/pictures via Buildertrend software, emails to the in-person meetings. MTL’s knowledge, help and guidance was invaluable and their craftsmanship superior.
At every stage of the build, we were aware of what was happening, and any errors were quickly tweaked or remediated. In COVID times, getting us into our 5600 sq ft duplex (which was not mirrored on both sides) in 12 months was quite the accomplishment.

Perhaps long- but Made to Last indeed deserves full credit. In the last year, the need arose to perform several renovations and adjustments to a 20 year old condominium unit. The choices however, were very slim as due to running a home-based business full time- not just anyone was coming in the door to do the job. Naturally, trust and integrity were first and foremost. Having known Steve and Made to Last through another contact, Steve Fitzpatrick's company was hired to perform the work. His company was indeed the right choice as there is simply not enough room to give Steve Fitzpatrick and Made to Last and those involved enough praise and credit. Being a business owner and working part-time for another myself- I can bluntly say that I can count the businesses I know of today on one hand- where integrity, honesty, moral values, and the refusal to 'cut corners' in secret or in the open-are given first and foremost priority over all else. It has been nothing short of a pleasure to work with Steve and to get to know him and his company- and I would go so far as to say I greatly look forward to the next renovation project with Made to Last. And for those who may be skeptical- I can safely, openly and honestly say that your choice to hire Made to Last will not be regretted in any form. You can be sure that Made to Last will treat your project and your home with every ounce of care as if it were not only their own- but it was their only job- with selling themselves out to the best of their abilities given them and to work and co-ordinate a project in perfect form. Very few and far between at all are the renovation projects which are so perfectly streamlined. Thank you again, Steve and Made to Last.
