I cannot rave enough about Mai Noodle House! The food is consistently incredible, fresh, flavourful, and absolutely packed with care. Whether it’s their vermicelli bowls, subs, or spring rolls, every bite is made with love and it shows.

The team that runs this place is just as amazing as the food. Everyone is so kind, hardworking, and unbelievably fast, you can tell they truly care about their customers. They keep things moving so efficiently without ever losing that warm, welcoming vibe.

We are beyond lucky to have Mai Noodle House right here in Carstairs. It’s such a gem to have locally, and I’m so grateful they chose our town to call home. If you haven’t tried them yet, seriously, what are you waiting for?

The food here is amazing - all fresh ingredients - the soup base is made from homemade stock and you can tell by how flavorful it is. Owners are very friendly and welcoming! Will definitely be back!

I'm very glad I found this place!! The owners are truly amazing with a very kind an friendly welcome an the way they treat there customers is priceless. Over all, I wish I could do more stars but unfortunately five is the limit, just a wonderful place to go for dinner or take out!!!!

Had Mai Noodle House for the first time and it's delicious. The Champion Ford team will be making this place a regular stop. Meant yo take a photo of my full plate, but too late, I ate it all. 😋 yum
