Had a great previous experience with this Marble Slab last year for my daughter's birthday (which is why this isn't a 1 star review). Sent in a photo for a cake and it came out exactly as ordered. So it was an easy decision to bring my business back again for another cake order this year. Unfortunately, the print was supposed to be purple and pink, and came out green and yellow. Some variation of course should be expected when printing cake toppers, however, I wrote specific instructions requesting to be contacted if there was any issue with the imaging. In short, when I picked up the cake, not having heard that anything was awry, I was dismayed to find a cake with an image that was completely discolored from the image I provided. The counter attendant had the audacity to then tell me there had been a problem with the image I gave them. As a photo professional of many years, I suspected strongly this wasn't the case. The attendant went back to management with the cake and then came back to me with the story that the printing had been unreliable and the photo has been fine. Their printer could go "up and down".... A very disappointing experience for a $60+ cake. Thank goodness my daughter is young, and couldn't have cared less about the color, but the service is unreliable at best with questionable quality control.

Great ordering experience for a custom birthday cake including an photo which we submitted for an edible image. Communication under the tight time frame was very good. All around wonderful experience. Highly recommend this Marble Slab location.

Staff is always so great, smiling and helpful. The amount of ice cream options is incredible and they even have frozen yogurt as well. There are plenty of toppings to choose from and theres no limit. The price also isn't based off of weight like some other ice cream places which is really nice!

My wife and I come here often to enjoy ice cream together. Thrilled to find they have lactose free options for my wife. Unlimited mix ins means I get something new every time. Staff are always very friendly and helpful which tops off the whole experience.

Outdoor seating is also available on nice days!
