Bought my countertop and a sink here. Staff is really helpful and pricing is good. Counter is beautiful and I’ve had lots of compliments. Bought a blanco sink here, being the specific person I am, I wanted the sink colour in “biscuit”. Looked at Kent it was over $1490 + tax, Markan had it for approximately $450 taxes in. So I saved $1000 on my sink! Have also been dealing with their sister company next door for some tiling and they have been really great as well, pricing also seems fair and lots of options to choose from.

Staff is always available to help. Great selections on countertops but also many other items such as faucets, door/cabinet hardware etc. We priced around town and everything we needed for our kitchen reno at we found it to be the least expensive sometimes as low as half the price for the same product. We will be back.

The Markan group of stores is an Island gem! Practically one stop shopping for our condo reno. The staff for showers and countertops were knowledgeable and very helpful, but it was Bonnie Murley who not only successfully coached us through flooring choices, but more than that shared her years of experience with materials and color coordination. It was like she was 'on our team' through the project! All were steeped in excellent customer service- friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, great at keeping us informed and seamlessly solving unanticipated problems. A huge thank you!
