A little pricey and no credit options, but most of the staff are very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They have a good selection of everything photo related. Depending on my personal finances would love to shop here more often.

If you are wearing a mask they will ignore you. For how overpriced they are you would think they'd be a little more friendly. Go to London drugs and save yourself $100 of whatever you're buying

I have been to McBain many times. I used to live in Red Deer and it was the closes location with the most experienced staff. Today's visit was for 2 LPE6NH Canon 3rd party batteries abuse often. These two have the option to charge with usbc cable. They work well witha red and green light based on charge status. Also bought a remote trigger I still need to figure out how to get it to talk. These guys are 100% the most knowledgable on almost all brand if not all they carry. I deal with Hank a lot but others have helped me also and I have been more than satisfied with their services. Keep up the great work guys. Stop by if you need advice, gear, accessories or just want to see what's new in the world of photography. Oh and they have previously loved gear also in case a new camera or lens is out of your price range.
