We recently purchased an air conditioner from McCrea’s Climate Care and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Our salesperson, Will, was incredibly kind and knowledgeable—he took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel confident in our purchase.

The technicians were also fantastic: professional, friendly, and left everything spotless after installation. A few days later, we had a small technical issue during a heat warning, and they came to the rescue later that same afternoon—talk about dedication and service!

We switched over from oil heating to gas. The thought of all the work that needed to be done overwhelmed me for years and I kept putting off the change over. “I’ll do it next spring.” And next spring, and next spring, and so on. After simply speaking with customer service rep. Carly, she had us all set up and switched over with a new gas furnace and central air conditioning system within a handful of days. The technicians Chris and Avery were efficient, clean and so professional! So impressed they drained and removed our old oil tank and furnace in under a hour! They didn’t seem to mind our two excitable dogs and gave them lots of pets. Fabien was hands down amazing and gave me a full tour of all our new equipment! I feel so much more comfortable and safer with our new furnace!

Our furnace pump died, and the team was quick to respond with options including a new furnace or repair and managed to get the new one installed within a week! Great service, quick response and very courteous and professional.

Today MCrea’s replaced our old gas fireplace. Dustin and Avery were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They did the replacement, explained the features and left the area neat and tidy. This was not surprising. We have dealt with McCrea’s for many years for furnace, air conditioning and fireplaces and their work has always been like this. I highly recommend this company!

Our previous experience with other contractors was they didn't try to fix the problem and they were pushy with sales. With McCreas Climate Care, they were friendly and professional. They tried to fix our air conditioner and when they couldn't, they provided lots of options. They were informative and answered all our questions. This made us feel good about our decisions. The installers work was well done and they left no mess behind. We thank McCreas Climate Care for making our problem a lot less stressful and for helping us fix the problem within such a short time span.
