Exceptional service from everyone in this office. Matt Sharpe consistently goes above and beyond making sure my policies make sense and even has made me aware about options to help keep my premiums down when my son soon turns 16. They know their stuff and are there to help their customers.

Overall an ok place, just don't do business with melissa walker. She is so rude, paranoid, interrupting, cutting phone calls short, claiming I had her email wrong when she couldn't find it. Very disrespectful service.

Awful experience dealing with Mctaggart Armstrong Dewar and Owen insurance company. Melissa is Incredibly rude and has a tendency to talk down to customers which is extremely upsetting and concerning since the majority of a brokers role is customer service. She is extremely difficult to deal with. I will be the first to admit that my insurance situation was challenging however things could have been handled better. This is the only insurance company that I have dealt with that provided me quotes and then reneged on those quotes due to a ticket. You would think they would complete their due diligence before sending out any quotes on pricing. Unfortunately this company is just out to get your money so please save yourself the disappointment and frustration and take your business elsewhere.

Friendly staff and good service. The only thing that's not great is that they aren't open on weekends, but other than that they are great to work with. Most things they can do over the phone so you hardly have to go in the office

Awful awful service!! Worst insurance company I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t notify you about anything! I highly suggest everyone too take their business elsewhere unless you want too be scammed out of hundreds of dollars!
