Melissa is a gem! Not only is she very knowledgeable and dedicated, she is kind, supportive and very easy to talk to.
I had been diagnosed with diabetes for over two years. I haven’t been taking care of myself like I should of been. Until I met with Melissa!
In only one month my sugar levels are down, my

I joined Melissa’s program in order to shake the weight I had gained during the COVID-19 quarantine. Melissa’s one on one meetings and regular check ins really helped motivate and focus my attention on eating healthy and exercising. She doesn’t focus on a quick fix, but rather creating a lifestyle and instilling beneficial eating habits. Melissa has completely changed the way I look at food for the better and has provided me with a plethora of useful information regarding nutrition and recipes. I recently did a three day detox cleanse through Melissa. She was so helpful and supportive, checking in daily to see how I was doing, giving me encouragement as well as strategies. When I had questions about possible detox symptoms or modifying the program she responded quickly!!
