I contacted Meridian several times by phone to provide a quote for a small order of hoodies after working with them for several years. Instead of suggesting they didn’t want the business they never got back to me even after I spoke to the account manager and tried to follow up by phone (he was away). They accepted no responsibility for not following up or on another issue which started the escalation and why i am writing this review. Service had been great, and even delivery to your business, not sure what happened here. Note when you pay them, be sure to keep a copy of the email or a bank statement. They only accept emt. I was invoiced for under $100 in February of 2023, almost 8 months later and after I switched banks they came looking for this money. I am very confident it was paid in February but not certain, and I do not have access to that account online and could not prove it so after repeated requests I paid them again. If I had been notified in say March of a missed payment I could have resolved it quickly, or provided proof, 8 months later with an excel file of the account is not that easy (and invoices were sometimes bundled so exact amount didn’t work to check). This was not the first time they had missed marking something as paid but also this didn’t happen that often, and I had missed making a payment before (again 100’s of invoices over several years). I honestly don’t know if it was paid and that’s on me, but this experience, not getting back to me about a new order, and their response to a long time customer over less than $100, I personally will not be working with them any longer. I have tried to make this review as fair as possible so you can make your own decisions.
