Useless. If you want a slumlord you got it. Spent months being ignored when I told them about bedbugs and ended up getting it fixed with the help of the government instead. That's right our taxes go toward helping slumlord property managment ignore the well-being of their tenants. Worse I got my unit sprayed but they didn't check the other one and still haven't after I told them they are back 8 months after we got rid of them the first time. 1 week later and they tell us to wait until we find another one even after my 8 month old daughter got 10+welted bites on her face!

As an investor they told me you can get 2300 for your place if you rent it so I bought it, then they said well the market changed 3 weeks later and I has to rent it for $500 month less than what they said it would go for. Then the tenants were moving out, have notice on the 8 th, she said no had to be at beginning of month, I was not notified they were intending on leaving until the 15 the of the next month when they finally went there and the place was abandon. I ended up selling the place cause it was just a bad experience. Then had the oddasity to say I was the most difficult client cause I asked for extra checks to make sure we get someone who's not gonna up and leave and that's exactly what happened.

They were supportive and compassionate. I can't say enough to recommend them! Thank you so much for taking all the stress out of a tough situation. You make it much less stressful for both us and our tenants!
