Had the worst experience with these ppl FORT MCMURRAY AB MEYERS RENTAL MANAGEMENT
, 1= they lied about the credit check , said it was a soft ( it turned out it was a hard check ) 2- said there was no pets in there before us , but dog hair was everywhere in garage and carpet in bedroom 3= when we left house I was told it was ok to take garbage bags away from outside front step 2 days after we left not telling us about a 150 fee ,4= I was back to work the day after we moved out , I asked if it was ok to give key back the next day . They said it was fine but failed to mention it was 150 feet for late return. 5 = we got it professionally cleaned but they said it wasnt good enough, ( it was much cleaner then we got it ) 6 = years later I needed receipts for rent for tax purposes , they said it was 300$ fee for pulling up receipt. , absolutely the worst experience in my life every step of the way .

I recently rented a home through Myers Management. The initial rental process was quick and easy, and I appreciated how promptly home repairs were handled. However, the virtual walkthrough was insufficient for identifying potential issues. As someone who has owned a home for 20 years, I wasn’t fully aware of what to look for, and unfortunately, this led to problems that only came up during the final walkthrough. It would have been nice for us both to witness & document issues prior to renting Additionally, during the final walkthrough, my mother and daughter, who attended on my behalf due to a schedule change, were treated in a way that I found upsetting. They were asked to sign off on the walkthrough however I asked them not to as I want not in agreement and there seemed to be a lack of understanding of the home’s design by the person conducting the walkthrough. In the end, I did receive my full damage deposit after addressing these concerns directly with the owner, which I appreciate. However, I would only recommend this company if they provided in-person walkthroughs with staff who are knowledgeable about the properties they manage. If you’re considering renting from them, make sure to take full pictures and videos of inside/ outside / sump pumps & type of furnace filters before signing any rental agreement.

Tracy and her team were very accommodating and helpful, without them, our stay will not be as convenient and easy. They maintain the place in good shape and they are easy to communicate with.

Can't say enough good things about Meyers Management. Any time there were issues with our apartment, (and there weren’t many) it was promptly attended to and the move out cleaners they recommended to us were very good at the work they did!
