Michael was so great in helping me to find areas that might be of interest for me as I thought about moving provinces from Ontario to Nova Scotia. He was my ears and eyes when I couldn’t be there and showed me what to look for when looking at a house. He helped me find really great people to work with for my mortgage, house inspection, legal paperwork and was extremely patient as we waited for the sellers of our house to get things in order at their end. Very cooperative and patient agent. He even mowed our lawn before we move into our new house. Because the seller didn’t cut it for a while and the grass was too long at the entrances of the house. While I was thinking I should cut the grass before I arrive with the furnitures, he already had the grass cut by himself after the closing day of the purchase and sell. Michael is one of the best person to approach for Real Estate. He is one of the most trustful person and is always ready to guide. . Very approachable and helpful.
