Absolutely HORRIFIC service! Would NOT recommend to anyone! We had multiple issues with our duct cleaning and sanitization service, including not having proper sanitization services completed and still being charged for them. When we addressed issues they were ignored for almost a month, not providing proper answers and explanation required. Company showed up at an unscheduled time, were inconsiderate of our home and belongings while in the home and demanded payment without resolving any issues. In our experience we don’t actually think any cleaning or sanitization was properly completed. Absolutely unacceptable and very dissatisfied with our service or lack there of.

The crew is here on time and quick with the cleaning. We have to wait to see the results if allergens have been removed in the ducts as my wife is allergic to whatever the cats left behind from the previous owner. Overall very good.

Very pleased with the quality of work done by Mighty Ducts. They explained their entire process prior to start of work. They were fast and thorough. Left my home in the same clean condition when they left as before they started. Highly recommend.

Definitely not worth $500, the crew was at my house for less than an hour. They use a shop vac Machine to vacuum the vets as far as they can until the hose hits a turn. I found several vents and cold air returns that were not done after they left. They also don’t do anything to the Furnace like they advertise. I went with this company because of all of the high Reviews, but the reason for all the 5 stars is because on the way out the door the two young guys doing the work tell you, if you give a 5 start review we get $20 tip each from there boss. I have had my vents done before for less and it was a much better job.
