I was going to rate Mike a 4 rather than a 5 because he is often busy, has a life beyond servicing clients and therefore is sometimes not prompt. BUT, since I highly recommend Mike for web hosting, platform choices & design, online media issues and administrative maintenance, inquire about his schedule if you’re in a hurry. He will be honest with your expectations.
