Mike and his crew are fantastic at what they do and are super dedicated to the job and the customer.. I got them to put a sound system in my boat and I just want to start by saying the issue that I encountered was my fault.. my phone was old and defective and created a problem when connected to the sound system.. but I insisted it was the wiring and they worked on my boat three times(all free of charge) and even came to my house to pick up my boat to ease the inconvenience of the whole situation.
After connecting everyone else’s phone and no issues I showed up at the shop and connected my and voila, I need a new phone😅
Anyways my next project will be done by them because I know they get to the bottom of things. Thanks.

Ran into a pothole and busted a tire. I pulled into the closest parking lot which just happened to be Mikes. Went in asking for help and despite not being a tire store the staff immediately helped me out. They checked my tires and helped me get to the closest mechanic store and they didn’t charge me a penny. Amazing people and amazing service. They deserve all the business they can get.

My car battery had died and so my remote start quit working. I brought it to Mikes and the tech had it working in no time. Free of charge. Very knowledgeable staff

I Made an apt to get new speakers and lights installed on my van. From the booking of the apt and talking about what I wanted done, Mike was great. He helped me prioritize things for the van financially to save me money on Things I didn’t need right away.

During install, something electrical happened, thats a rare occurrence (at no fault of anyone installing). Mike stuck with me for over a month checking all my wiring, working overtime, and saving my family thousands of dollars, when a local dealer wanted to charge me 171/hr to diagnose an issue that wasn’t an issue. (We knew what the issue was, but the dealer wouldn’t listen to us)

After Mike confirmed what the problem was, (after checking every single wire, and drawing up diagrams) he went out of his way to make me an apt the dealers competitor a cross town. He not only called, but he went in and talked to the managers for me. If that’s not above and beyond I don’t know what is. This was my first ever experience with Mike and his team, and they’ll always come highly recommended from me forever.
