Management team is helpful and friendly. Most of my neighbours are friendly and helpful as well. A few times I came back from work and found my parking lot taken by someone. Though this was frustrating, I am happy that management resolved the issue. Overall, I have had good experience living there.

👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 Worst place to rent, Sink problem never solved, 2 months after and still nothing about our Damage Deposit. Its unbelievable all the emails we have sent and still no answer. The landlord was terrible and nobody cares about the tenants, they just care about the money. PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE, THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT.

Just garbage,you pay for a parking stall,that ANYONE can just park in.came home to find a SUV in my spot just to be told by the landloard they cant do nothing about it.

This management was unfair with moveout review and did not live up to the expectation of the initial responsibility of taking care of initial cleaning responsibilities of move in. DO NOT rent here. They will take advantage of you and your money.
