The gals handling my case were extremely kind, understanding, patient and professional in their approach to helping me.They taught me how to do the monthly reports and how to budget very carefully, like every penny, every month. This gave me a whole new perspective on managing my money within my means, and I'm proud to say I have stayed out of debt ever since. Also, the gals always answered my phone calls and emails promptly with clear, concise answers to my concerns or confusions. I must add that the gals were also quite friendly in a sisterly kind of way, which allowed me to feel much less intimidated by such a life-changing process. Anyone going through bankruptcy will find it is very difficult.The team has been so helpful and understanding in dealing with me..They have taken the time to explain, in detail what i would need to do and walked me through step by step..If i could give them 10 stars out of 5, i would! I felt pretty hopeless before finding MNP, I felt I had tried everything I could possibly do to please the Debt holders, I was making consistent payments as agreed over the phone until I missed Just one payment! Because I was off sick with Covid. A fire storms of calls and what felt like threats were my reality, I needed help and the people of MNP were able to help . We have a plan and now I feel like this is achievable! I can actually work towards putting this debt behind me! And plan for the future !!!!
