It's a new location so Ill still give it 2 star for grace, BUT the lack of energy and knowledge of the staff is frightening. All I wanted was a smart shield that I have been getting from the south location for years, but they could not find a screen, did not know the price, and could not look me in the eye. The edges were lifting as they handed it to me. I hope management sees this and notices that the staff don't care about customer service or their jobs.

BUYER BEWARE ... friendly staff, extremely poor quality parts. Screen is 3 weeks old, spider shattered from fall out of my bag 3 feet off the floor. First time dropped. Screen protector only held in pieces of glass. Please save your time & money and avoid these parts. Use genuine parts.

Got a new phone on the 30th from sask tel they were unable to transfer my e-mail to g-mail. Came to Mobile Klinik and it took them 5 minutes at no charge. That's what I call customer service.

I am really impressed. Sasktel couldnt figure out what was wrong with my phone so I brought it to the Mobile Klinic on North Albert. The associate who helped me figured out the issue within a couple of minutes. He was very professional. I greatly appreciate it!

They have excellent customer service. I came in with a badly cracked phone back and they were able to fix it one day and it looks brand new. It took around three hours and they even willing to stay after closing in order to finish it off and gave it back to me on the same day. They are also cheaper than other places as well, it was around $170 total when other stores were telling me it would over $200. The staff are all very nice and will ensure you get good quality. Definitely recommend.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra; I am astonished by the results. The phone screen is not even glued down in the bottom corner. Random holes on the bottom of my phone, scraped off the coating, phone is absurdly dirty. Scratches all along the side, side of the phone is cracked. SIM card won't come out of the phone. The stylus has a lot of resistance as if it was shoved into the phone with the intention of it not being pulled out again. The charging ports bent upwards. Random splotches of a goopy substance that isn't glue, glue is all around the phone. The phone is also absurdly greasy almost as if someone was eating popcorn and playing on the phone.

If you're looking to get your phone repaired here. Do not. They want you in and out ASAP which is understandable with results like this, and have absolutely no understanding if you drop the phone off hours before closing and are unable to get it the same day. I refuse to bring my phone back here to be fixed again. no matter the situation.

The guys here at the mobil clinic did a great job replacing my screen. The use authentic samsung parts. Phone was repaired and tested and had it back to me within a couple hours. Great job!
