I highly recommend this business for your mobility needs. We (wife and I) are grateful to Phil, Amanda, and the rest of the team for all your hard work on my new power wheelchair. You fought hard with one of the suppliers to make sure the custom parts were exact and perfect. Phil (the owner) came to my house as soon as some delayed parts arrived so I could be safer in the chair and this was after he and the team were in Red Deer all day for training. This family run business has an interesting story as well as a team of highly educated technicians and several staff members are also in wheelchairs so you get first hand advice. Further, they also do repairs and installs on specially equipped wheelchair vans. They deserve a 10 out of 5 rating. I am very impressed!

I went to Mobility Equipment Services to get my walker repaired. Brian quickly identified the problem and expertly fixed it while I waited. He (and the rest of the staff) were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and so friendly. They really went above and beyond with their service! There was also a super cute dog (Sid the Kid) there to keep me company while I waited. I would absolutely recommend this location for anyone with mobility needs and will be returning in the future next time I need my walker or wheelchair serviced.

I ordered wheel chair parts from them and I got taxed a lot and the wheel chair parts were cheap material
I had to wait for almost 7months and when I needed a part of my wheel chair adjusted the guy who came home Phil by name said he dsnt have a screw to do that

The care, consideration and thought to each client's needs, coupled with the resources at hand both tools and people make Mobility Equipment Service, Leduc an exceptional choice for all your mobility needs.
Mom lives in the big E, Im out in Leduc. Service from these folks is usually a week earlier than anywhere in YEG. You may pay a small price for travel, however the service is above and beyond.

Amazing customer service and knowledge from Phil, he went above and beyond to help my dad. Phil was super easy to deal with and talk to, he seemed to know exactly what my dad would eventually need, and got the job done professionally and in a timely manner. We cannot thank him enough for sharing his expertise, he made a challenging time so much easier.

Only wheelchair service place I know of , that offers 24 hour towing if your wheelchair craps out or breaks. Above and beyond customer service! Great price.
