After years of planning, designing and looking for the perfect piece of vacant property we started the search for a builder. After consulting with a few local companies we chose Monterra West Homes as their style and personality was the perfect match to ours. The entire process from our initial consultation right down to receiving the keys upon completion was positive. Garry Renkema and his entire team delivered an end product that we are very proud of. Our project manager Calvin’s attention to detail was second to none. No detail was over looked throughout the entire build. Both Garry and Calvin responded to any and all correspondence in a timely manner. As a first time home buyer, Monterra made the process very easy to understand and the quality of the build is everything I was hoping to see. Myself and Ayesha have had a great experience in dealing with our first home purchase from Monterra West Homes .From the outset when we first viewed the development and in particular the show home on a Saturday afternoon , we were very impressed with the work ethic of the owner and his crew who were diligently getting through the tasks of the day to get everything ready for potential customers and existing clients . Consequently we knew that if we went ahead with the purchase we were in good hands .After deciding to buy , all the communication we have had throughout the process has been done in a professional and timely manner by Monterra and our closing date for handover was met with all of the expectations . All I can say is amazing. Beyond our expectations. The quality of the townhouse inside and out is fabulous. From start to finish the Monterra team could not have been more helpful and accommodating. All of the workers were super polite, and always showed up with a smile on their faces. I continually walk around and say, wow, this place is so beautiful.
