Applied for them three times. Got no help at all. Looks like they are not connected with telus at all. I don't know why are they sitting in that office

I've been having a weird problem with the wi-fi where I work on my phone. I thought I was going to have to buy a new phone after just getting one in March. The workers there helped me with a few solutions to see if they might help instead of being out a bunch of money. Just overall very impressed with the customer service and willingness to help me out.

Staff was helpful and courteous. Only 2 customers allowed in at once due to covid and much of it is cordoned off with pylons and tape but it doesn't affect much in way of you getting what you need. I'm quite happy with the service I received, thanks ladies!

This place is mostly terrible. 😔 The telus staff never seem to actually want to help. It's do the minimum they have to. However the tech guys were good for radios. Friendly and willing to go beyond. If the girls out front were taught some customer service then they would probably do better. Sad thing is everyone in town I've talked to say the same thing... They avoid going there if they can. It's unfortunate they are the only Telus dealer... Maybe that's why they don't really care.

I went in to simply purchase a phone.... refused to sell me a phone unless i gave them my social insurance number .... very sketchy !!!!! Never had people in a business treat you like your presence was nothing more then an annoyance to them.

Telus is a horrible business, 2 weeks and still can’t even set up my account let alone schedule installation for internet services.
