Ariel helped me today, change phones. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient with my questions, worked through a few glitches, and was cheerful throughout the whole process!!! She made this enjoyable!! I woukd advise anyone in the area to go to Stratford Mornington Communications.....you'll be glad you did!!!

I pay $90 a month for internet that never works and am told time and again, for months, that they’re going to send someone up the tower for repairs then if that doesn’t fix the problem they’re going to send someone to our home to troubleshoot. However the date of repair keeps changing, the repair guy is on holidays, there’s ice on the tower, the latest with no excuse at all just that it wasn’t happening as it was supposed to today and they’ll have more info later this week. Unfortunately Mornington is the ONLY provider available on n our area so we’re stuck with this ridiculous string of excuses and absolutely zero resolutions.
