As a previous tenant of 613 Main St Inc., as I believe is run through Morris Group ,their property manager, Anne, is aggressive, harassing and very unprofessional.
She has banged on my door numerous times while I was putting my son for a nap, while yelling that she knows I’m in there and demanding me to open the door. All she wanted was for me to put the stroller in the closet (which I had every intention of doing after I put my son down for his nap).
She refused to show me footage of the person who stole my sons stroller from the building (when I know it was the neighbours kid & his friends) and when I told her it was reported to police and they would ask her for it, she neglected to save the footage; and it was deleted. The police then informed me afterwards she was told by my neighbour that she (the property manager) gave my neighbour the option to view it (as it was her son).
The dryer does not work and you have to dry your load 2 times and she claims it’s been “fixed” every time you mention it; and refuses to reimburse you the extra money you had to use. The washer smells musty also.
On the day we FINALLY moved out of that place, she showed up the first time at 9:00am to ask us for the keys (it’s a locked entrance, so we would have been unable to move everything, because we would have got locked out) and then proceeded to say “well I don’t want to wait around all day long.” Please keep in mind, we moved on a SATURDAY! The second time she showed up, she was extremely rude to both myself and my mother who was there helping us move. We also had the door propped open to make it easier to move things through the hallway and she took the door prop we were using after stating “the door can’t be propped open for any reason”.
She made my family’s living experience there very very uncomfortable and was very unpleasant, unprofessional, and unkind.

I do not recommend anyone renting with this company.

Garbage to work with and they will screw you anyway they can to make a dollar. I do not recommend doing work for them. Buying anything from them or doing anything that involves them. There ceo will not talk to you. They do not care. They will take money from hard working men and women costing them everything to save themselves having to actually work for a living.
Screw them.
