My experience with their service was not as amazing as I’d hoped. I received my horse back after 5 months of waiting (I understand it’s a process and being the only one they’re busy). However, in the 5 months they had her I was not contacted to see if I wanted more than the scatter box. I was very upset to receive my horse in the plastic Tupperware container with no contact to purchase an urn or other means. I also found the card to be very generic… I may be sensitive but this horse meant more to me than any human being. I wish it would’ve went differently as I saw so many other people received beautiful boxes with their beloved pets.

Each time I have a dog , they give me a piece of their heart and when they leave me they take a piece of mine . In the end my heart will be like that of a dog , I too will have unconditional love like a dog .

You are compassionate snd caring and fully understanding when people lose their beloved pets .
I have two heats and a box . Those have the remains of my three Yorkshire Terriers.
They were all the love of my life .

I have had multiple pets cremated with Mountain Meadows and will only use them. They are so kind and compassionate. Even with a spreading urn, you can see the pride and care they take in what they do and provide.

Jeff is the best guy. Easy to communicate with fast and efficient at what he does. He will go above and beyond every single time. He's helped me with 2 of my dogs and brought them home to rest with so much respect. Working with him for my personal pets as well as with the animals from the Vet Clinic I've never once been disappointed with the services that he provides.
