Maroun and his whole team are lifesavers.

My mom is trying to sell her house, and as part of a real estate deal, the home inspector flagged problematic pipes in the in-floor heating in both the basement and main floor. The pipes were commonly used in the early 2000s, when the house was built, but were recalled a few years later. So, we made the difficult decision to decommission the in-floor heating system, and retrofit the house with a forced air furnace. Easy to say, not easy to do.

Having no idea where to turn, we found Maroun on Houzz. Maroun immediately did a site visit with his plumber, and the next day sent his HVAC guy as well. They returned with a reasonable quote, and fit us into their schedule within a week or so. We were blown away by his responsiveness, and knowing how busy he is, we were thrilled to get such quick service.

You hear horror stories about contractors, but Maroun is truly the real deal. He was excellent to deal with, very responsive, kept the schedule clipping along, and finished the work to a high degree of skill and detail, only slightly later, and slightly higher in price, than anticipated (though both the delay and slight increase in price were fair and reasonable).

His whole crew was great, but special shout-outs to Aaron, Spencer and Nathan, who really went the extra mile. We were especially impressed by the the thought that went into this challenging job, and the house came out looking really great. My mom was especially concerned about having bulkheads all over the basement, because one of the benefits of infloor heating is no need for bulkheads to cover the ductwork. Remarkably, Spencer figured out a way to run the ducts so that the main basement living space doesn’t have any bulkheads, and any bulkheads he did put in were in more service-oriented rooms.

We would be very happy to use MTC Contracting again (and in fact, are, on another small job.)

Maroun always makes time to meet and discuss a project and give a fair estimate for the cost. His team are all respectful, efficient, and are committed to high quality in their work. I’d like to give a very big shout out to Maroun and his team for stepping up to the plate when so many others wouldn’t; especially on a very time sensitive and big task.
We had been planning our log home install with a SIP panel roof system for nearly a year; every detail was gone through with the relevant contractors to make sure things went smoothly. Unfortunately, we were left scrambling after the lack of support and arrogance due to one of the contractors.
I made a few calls and was able to find MTC to be very helpful and understanding of the situation. He made every effort to ensure that we wouldn’t be left in such a panic. He organized the pick up and delivery of our roof, all the cranes and equipment along with the crew to get the job done. They worked tirelessly throughout the day and evenings to make sure this project was completed.
Maroun has fantastic communication skills which I feel is a very important aspect when undertaking any type of job. His friendly, caring and honest nature made things a breeze to understand and execute.
I would highly recommend Maroun and MTC to anyone looking for a reliable company to undertake their projects.

When a home inspection revealed that our fireplace chimney was rotten, we tried to find a contractor to fix it. The first ones recommended either were too busy or didn’t have all the trades required for the job. When I called Maroun he came over right away and was honest about what he could and could not do and the time frame. He told us he could make it work within a few weeks, before winter arrived. He was easy to deal with and the crews were friendly and worked hard. When a snowstorm threatened to halt work they worked extra to get the job in a good spot and came back promptly afterward to finish it on time. The result was beyond our expectations and the price was fair. Highly recommend Maroun and his team!

Had Maroun & his crew update our old & tired bathroom. We had some delays but they were not due to MTC. Due to cheap pluming from Wayfair. So buyer beware. The guys are all very nice & respectful. We are planning to upgrade another bathroom & will certainly be hiring Maroun & his crew for that job. Would highly recommend this company. Great renovation experience. 😊
