My husband and I bought a new suv 2 years ago. When we went to pick up our vehicle they were just rushing is out the door and the vehicle wasn't full of fuel it had just over half a tank which was a little irritating but whatever. And now today my husband went in to talk about buying a used truck and no one helped him. He was inside for 5 minutes waiting for someone to help but no one came. Employees were all visiting with each other in there offices. There was another guy in there standing waiting for someone to help. He finally just left. The employees there just don't know how to help or make people feel welcoming.

I found the staff here to be friendly and accommodating. They got right to my needs and were very helpful in getting into a car that fits me. Some dealers try to tailor your needs to the cars they have on the lot. Not these people! Right from the top down, they see every client as an individual with unique wants and needs. Thank you Murray Dunn for you exceptional service! I recently purchased a new motor and had it installed at Murray Dunn in nipawin, they were such great people to deal with. I’ve heard a lot of mixed reviews from people good and bad but after my experience there I would highly recommend them to anyone!
They were extremely accommodating and very reasonably priced service. The people here are great! I couldn’t be happier!

Had my diesel truck in there for a oil smell. They couldn't find any leaks but did some work to the exhaust thinking that that was where the smell came from. Got it home and went on the road and the exhaust smell was terrible in the cab. It cost me $177. for them to have my truck come out of there worse than when it went in. They sent me a letter saying that they might have to change some piping. By this time I took care of the problem. They said that they were sorry about this but it still cost me $177 for them to make my truck worse than when it went into there shop.
Never going back!!
