Emma was amazing to work with from start to finish. Between the numerous phone calls and emails she always answered all my questions with a cheery tone. Then the products! 1) The sheer amount of selection was surprisingly exciting. 2) Each item was great. We ordered new music bags for our symphony choir, the renowned Richard Eaton Singers, as we have renamed the choir Chorus Inspira for our 75th Anniversary. To reflect our new logo we chose a bag with the expert personal assistance of Dave at My Next Promo. He took my list of requirements for the bag and knocked it out of the park! On the night they were revealed at rehearsal, the members applauded, and bought accordingly!

My Next Promo was awesome for ordering their customized Depths Waterproof Dry Bag - 5L with our new Protect Our Waters campaign!! Dave was a great help on designs (colour matching, logo size, etc.) and very quick to respond - I think start to finish it was a matter of a month and some change?!

I tried My Next Promo for the first time a month or so ago (summer 2025). I was looking for a local Canadian supplier to replace a US-based one I had used before. I purchased small notebooks and recycled aluminium pens for my university-based research project. I quite like both, and the team worked with me to make sure the design looked right (even though it wasn't a massive order). I will certainly use them again!
