I heard of this restaurant opening and had not had the chance to go. I am so happy that I made the time to try this amazing restaurant. The atmosphere is very charming and restaurant os super clean. I ordered the shrimp spring rolls to start and then Chicken Pad Thai for my main. Words cannot explain how good it was. This is true Thai food made from scratch with fresh ingredients. I loved my meal so much, I ordered a chicken Fried rice to take home and that was equally delicious.

I have since told many friends and clients and some of them went already and they also loved it. This is a restaurant that is legitimately a quality restaurant. I will be returning again very soon and I was compelled to write this review to let others know.

One of the best, most authentic Thai food I’ve had outside of Thailand.

Pad Thai is flavourful and we gobbled it up in seconds.

Mouthwatering, delicious curry with the perfect spice level and flavour!!!! The green curry is ridiculously good. Must-have in our opinion!

Overall 10/10. We used to drive to the Kanata location and feel so grateful for having it local.

It’s my first time in Carleton Place & I was looking for some thai food. A friend recommended My Thai village. What proceeded was an explosion of flavour from the Pad Sew I ordered & the right amount of crunch from the spring roles. If you happen to pass by drop by to taste diversity.

Very excited to hear about a new Thai place in CP. Inside was nice and clean, spacious eating area. The service was very friendly but a little slow. I ordered the Thai spring rolls to start. They were piping hot and crispy. The Pad Thai with shrimp was good but very tiny serving size for 21$ and sparse on the bean sprouts and green onions, no herbs either. I asked for some coriander but they said they didn’t have any! What A Thai restaurant with no coriander The panang curry with chicken was one of the worst Thai curries I have ever had. No flavour except salt. No herbs, no Fish sauce, no chilli, no lime or lemongrass. Frozen vegetables were used. Peas and carrots. Four pieces of green and red peppers. The chicken was tough and stringy. You also had to order rice separately 3.50$ extra for 1 cup portion. I was so disappointed I sent it back. I won’t order from here again and that makes me sad because I was really hoping for good Thai food nearby.

We got take out on Saturday, May 10th. My husband got Pad Thai with chicken and I got the Green Curry (Gaeng Kaew-Waan). Both tasted very good. The reason I gave the food 3 stars was because I found the Green Curry dish to be very watery...much more watery than any other green curry thai dish I've had in the past...but it did taste good and didn't taste watered down...but for me, a creamy vs. watery texture matters. My hubby said his pad thai also tasted very good.

I have been a huge fan of this place for many years. Since the Richmond location. Paul is an amazing person and knows how to run a place. The food is always tasty and consistent! I wish you all of the best at your newest location!

shrimp spring rolls with shell on....inedible. Noodle dish was not great either - tiny bits of veggies. Phone ordering experience and pick up of food was good

Very good Thai food!
Not too many thai places offer a kids menu, and they have an excellent selection for picky kids. The pad sew and pad thai were 10/10. We're definitely going to go back!
