Worst consulting firm of all times. They reach out to you for roles and start ghosting.

If I call in to follow-up or to talk to a recruiter directly, they kept telling me to send it to website. What a serious waste of resources internally as well as my time. If someone is reaching out who's skill sets would match and help the company fill up the role, it would save this firm so money. If not, they have one less resume to review already instead of going through the pile... Ohh... Why am I wasting my time just explaining the basics of recruitment to these lazy folks...

I had a positive experience working with Myticas Consulting. I was in a time zone 12 hrs behind, while onboarding. Myticas team (Amanda / Nick) were gracious enough to ensure that there were no hassles or mis-communication during the on-boarding process. Loved the way they handled it. I called this afternoon asking questions about IT Staff Placement services because I am part owner or an IT firm and we needed their services. I spoke to reception and the guy was so impolite and rude, I couldn't believe it. He didn't want to answer my questions, was always cutting me and wanted to hang up on me.

At one point I had to stop the call myself as his attitude was so bad. I'm never going to call there again, never going to send my business there and I suggest you do the same.

Imagine calling somewhere because you have business to give and they treat you poorly. Inconceivable.

I applied for many jobs they have posted which I feel am qualified for (if not over qualified) and never heard from them, not even a rejection email. All jobs I applied for were a software developer contracts with the government. This makes me wonder if the candidate is already been selected and the job posting is a routine.

I read once about employment agents who never give a feedback or give you call. This is one of those companies. They do not even show professional courtesy of being honest with you. Unfortunately this was the experience that I had with two agents.
